Alicia Hicks, age 83, of Warren, died on May 5, 2021. Beloved wife of Wayne for 13 years. Loving mother of John Keffer, Rodney (Sherrie) Keffer, and Clinton (Sheri) Keffer. Dear grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Alicia had worked as a waitress in several restaurants and loved to draw and paint.
