Barbara Lee Palmer's Obituary
Barbara Palmer, age 77, of Warren, died on November 4, 2023. She was born in Newburgh, New York Loving mother of Angelique, Denise, Ray, and Michael. Dear grandmother of Ashley, Ramoe, Ryan, Justin, Brandon, and many great-grandchildren. Siblings Henry (Bud) Palmer, Debbie McAlister and sister-in-law Carol Palmer. Barbara loved watching Jeff Dunham’s stand-up comedies, eating Milky Way candy bars, and drinking coffee. A people lover, she talked with everyone and was funny as heck, making people belly laugh. She loved Elvis and always said he was smoking hot! Barabra loved being outdoors and by the water, especially Hawaii.
