Betty Lou Ashmore's Obituary
Betty Lou Ashmore age 78 went home to be with the Lord on November 18, 2016. Born in Maybee,MI. she had been living in Metamora, at Metacare Inc. an adult foster care facility. Betty was predeceased by her husband Walter to whom she was married 57 years.. She is survived by her 8 Children; Robert H. (Mary), Michael J., David G. (Cheryl) , Cheryl J. , Alan L. , Lisa D. (David) Cooke, Vicki L. (Steve) Bigham, and Renee M. (Adam) Stewart. Surviving Siblings: Alva Mae, & James Smith. 17 Grand Children; Brian, Joshua, Nicholas, Matthew, Jennifer, Law-jen, Krystal, Tiffany, David, Christopher, Michael, Michaella, Ashley, Kyle, Emily, Alison, Amelia.and 12 great-grandchildren She loved children, her animals (cats and dogs) collecting dolls, sewing and traveling to visit famliy. Betty had suffered from vascular dementia for many years. She and her husband were both very giving and generous to those in need. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 25 at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke, Center Line from 3-8 PM. Funeral Home Services Saturday 10 AM. Burial at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy .
