Words cant express our relationship. You allowed me to cry on your shoulders when things were rough. You shared a daily game so I could be motivated. You never complained about anything. The last conversation I said a always and forever love. You will truly be miss my little sister! Love you forever!
Our dad’s were not only brothers; they were the best of friends. And, we cousins benefited from their closeness into our teenage years! So, one would only guess that my kid memories with my cousin Christy are numerous. From roller skating in the basement covered in glow paint to all the many many hours we must have spent playing Monopoly... where do I begin? Ghost in the Graveyard in the night’s shadows, the “devil face” on the back of the door, playing truth and dare, hide and seek, snowmobiling up north, sitting outside and believing everything that crossed the night’s sky was a UFO, the tree house, family parties with our gobs of cousins, playing space invaders in the basement and the ancient ping pong video game, and standing on the front lawn on Superior during tornado warnings!!! Lol!! I think as kids, we did it all together!! I treasure those memories! Rest In Peace my cousin! We will all meet again one day! - Your cousin, Joey

It has been many years since our school days together, however our earlier years as Bluebirds are my most memorable with her. I recently reconnected with Christy on facebook and it was one of my most memorable friend requests. I'm glad she accepted. We chatted about the good old days and future posts showed me what a fun loving mother and courageous woman she was. Her positivity and outlook on life was second to none. I have been Blessed to have known her and call her my friend. Peace , love, and prayers to all.
