Diana Lee Koski's Obituary
Diana “Diane” L. Koski, 73, peacefully passed away March 9, 2021, in Hospice of Henry Ford-Macomb, Clinton Township, Michigan. She was the only child of Henry and Madeline Deluca of Center Line, Michigan. In 1979, she married Ernest I. Koski in Detroit. Diane graduated from St. Clement Catholic High School.
She enjoyed working in retail and retired from Target. She also worked part time for Party Jacks party store and was a devoted Avon representative for many years. Diane was an avid fan of the Detroit Red Wings, and greatly enjoyed watching family members play youth hockey over the years. She enjoyed going to bingo, playing the lottery and pulling the one-arm bandit. She organized several bus tours to the U.P. Casinos with her friends and coworkers. Diane loved animals, especially dogs, and she always had at least one by her side. She stayed in close contact with family and friends, and always enjoyed a good chat on the phone or going out for lunch/dinner. Diane spent many holidays with family in Port Huron and spent many summer days in the U.P. visiting family in both Ontonagon and Sault Ste. Marie. She was very witty and had a fantastic memory. Diane always enjoyed sharing those memories and having a good laugh. She was lovingly known as “Aunt Diane” to many younger cousins, and the godmother to several of them.
She is survived by many extended family members, including nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her fur-baby Bert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Koski, and her parents, Henry and Madeline DeLuca.
