Eleanor Tryndoski's Obituary
Eleanor Tryndoski, age 96, of Center Line, died on February 5, 2021. She was born in Hamtramck to Harry and Katherine Tryndoski. Sister of the late Olga (late George) Rudy. Loving aunt of Kathy Rudy (Dennis) Novak. Great aunt of Rudy (Christina) Novak, Ryan Novak and great-great-aunt to Christopher. Dear cousin of Lorraine Pensak. Eleanor had worked and retired from F. Joseph Lamb Company as a bookkeeper and clerical worker. She had been a volunteer for many years at Bi-County Hospital. A very pious and devout Catholic, Eleanor prayed incessantly and said several rosaries a day for family, friends and those who passed before her. She always enjoyed her small garden, growing her own onions, dill, cucumbers and tomatoes. Eleanor and her sister Olga could usually be found together either at church, local card parties, shopping or enjoying many vacations, senior trips, and adventures to the casinos. She always stayed mentally active and alert doing her word searches or making her plastic canvas crosses and ornaments. For years she volunteered and made pyrohy (Ukrainian for pierogi) for the Ukrainian Church as a fundraiser. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7,2021 at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line from 1-3 PM with a 3 PM Scripture.
