Erin Michelle McDowell-Whitty's Obituary
age 25 of Roseville died suddenly on Tuesday July 17,2012 at St John Hospital in Detroit. Born June 17,1987,in Warren to Kristine Steckler and David McDowell, Erin attended and graduated from Roseville High School in 2006. She is survived by her daughter Lyric Kristine Lewis and Lyric’s father Loren Wesley Lewis and her parents Kristine Steckler and David McDowell. Sister of Paige Frances Russell and Kelly Chase Russell. Granddaughter of Katherine Mary Shaffer, Ronald Shaffer, and Kathy(Late William) McDowell. Also survived by Aunts, Uncles,Cousins, best friend Marissa Rocho and many other friends. Erin loved her daughter and enjoyed music, dancing and her many tatoos. Visitation will be held at the Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke, Center Line,MI. 48015 on Wednesday July 25,2012 from 12 PM until 9 Pm with7:30PM Time of services and eulogy.Donations can be made directly to the Rudy Funeral Home to defray expenses and would be appreciated by the family.
