I've had the greatest honor of having my big brother George in my life. Losing your parents is hard but expected. Losing a brother, a friend, has it's own kind of pain, and the grief is so different. From early on he taught me many great life lessons (though I'm sure he didn't know it). He was loyal, to a fault, faithful, and never gave up on those he loved. He's been dealt many hard obstacles, but still he went on. He wasn't big on words, but his actions were monumental. He never spoke badly of anyone. I know he's where he wants to be now, with the love of his life. I'll have a hole in my life that will always be his place. I'll miss him forever and love him beyond.

Although most of us lost touch as we grew up, I have many fond memories of sharing numerous happy family parties and gatherings with my cousin George, his siblings and his wonderful parents. I do know he has suffered much in the past but is now in a much better, peaceful place with many of our beloved family members.
