James Patrick Burnham's Obituary
James Burnham, age 66, of Fraser, died suddenly on April 17, 2021. Son of the late Alfred and Marge Burnham. Loving father of James & Wife Nicole Burnham, Michael Burnham, (late) Anthony Burnham, and Samantha Burnham. Cherished grandfather of James, Jordan, Jayden, Christopher, Nikayla, and Miley. Also survived by his two best friends former wife Kathy Burnham and Bob Kazmit. Predeceased by siblings Gary Burnham, Keith Burnham, and Carol Savage. James retired from Ford Motor Corporation, Utica plant after 30 years. Member of UAW Local 400. In his free time, Jim loved playing his drums “jamming” with his friends. He also enjoyed being on the water, especially skiing and boating. He was also a 2nd degree black belt in mixed martial arts. A bit of a procrastinator, he always was “going to do everything two morrows”. He will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 25th, from 2pm to 4pm with a 3:30pm time of funeral service at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited by order of the governor to 25 people in the funeral home chapel at a time.
