James Deloyne Garrett's Obituary
James Garrett, age 83, died on September 23, 2021. Born in Livingston, Tennessee to the late Millard and Bertha Garrett on June 10, 1937. Beloved husband of the late JoAnn married almost 50 years. Loving father of Ronald Garrett, Dawn (Michael) Norton, and the late Debra Brock. Dear grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his twin brother Wayne (Chris) Garrett. Predeceased by his brother Albert Garrett and sister Betty McCullar. James retired from J+R Industries where he was a tool & die worker. He enjoyed watching sports, looking at and driving old cars, spending time with family and was a “thrift store junkie”. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 29th from 1pm to 8pm at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line. Funeral service Thursday, September 30th at 11am.
