Augustyniak, Jan, Age 83, Husband of the late Sophia. Dear Father of Richard (Carol), Walter (Barbara), Maria(Joseph) Jalkiewicz, and the late John. Survived by 7 Grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and his sister Henrietta (Roy) Flanz. He was predeceased by his brother Alex (Mary). Visitation at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke (10 1/2 Mi) Sunday May 2,2010 1-9 PM. Funeral Home Service Monday May 3,2010 at 11 AM. Burial at Mt Olivet Cemetery.
