Jan Marie Hinman's Obituary
Jan Hinman, age 69, lifelong resident of Warren and Center Line Michigan, died on October 2, 2023. Born on July 7, 1954, to the late Donald and Louella Vandervest. Beloved wife of the late Jeff. Predeceased by her brother Tom Vandervest, sister Gloria Garwood, granddaughter Kayla Marofsky, and great-grandson John Lilly Jr. Loving mother of James (Shawn) Stafford and Jacob Stafford. Dear grandmother of 4 and great-grandmother of 6. Also survived by siblings Doug Vandervest, Gail Howard, Charlene Eubank, and Craig Vandervest. Jan loved taking pictures of her flowers blooming in the springtime and spending quality time with friends and family, especially family dinners. Jan was the type of person that all who knew her, knew they could talk to her without fear of judgement. She was a second mom to all of her sons' friends.
