Jeffrey Craig Davis' Obituary
Jeffrey Craig Davis of Clarkston, Michigan passed away in his home on November 15, 2022. He was born on March 15, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan. Jeff is survived by his wife Susan of 38 years, his brother Chuck (wife Sharon), four children Jessica (husband Dan), Bryan (fiance Grant), Gregory, Lauren, two grandchildren Colin & Claire, and beloved dog Toby. Jeff’s greatest love and joy was his family. He was a Navy veteran as a Machinist Mate from 1968-’72 on the USS Blandy and USS Topeka. He was the founding Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 199 in Clarkston. He was very proud that both his sons earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Jeff loved playing cards with his friends and family, woodworking, camping, boating, bonfire summer nights, and traveling the world with his love Susan. He was a volunteer and mentor for Clarkston High School Team 27 Robotics team. In lieu of flowers, please honor his memory with a donation to support Team Rush 27 Robotics, checks payable to: Team 27 Rush Robotics, 6093 Flemings Lake Rd, Clarkston, MI 48346. Visitation will be held at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line on Friday, November 18th from 4-8 PM, and Saturday from 12-2 PM with services to follow.
