John Stec's Obituary
John Stec age 92, a longtime Warren resident died on March 9,2018. Husband of Ann for over 69 years. Dear father of Kathleen (David) Kosal, John Jr. (Patricia), James (Jacqueline), Darleen (late Peter) Loef, Roxann (Mark) Messerschmidt and Sherry (Jason) Gittinger. One of 14 siblings he is survived by his brother Michael Stec. Proud grandfather of 7, Mike, Jesse, Adam, Makiya, Keyreth, Jasmine, and Samantha. John retired from Chrysler having worked as a hi-lo driver and as a tool crib manager. A proud and decorated WWII Army veteran, John was a Sergeant in the 20th Armored Division ETO, Liberators of the Dachau concentration camp and was awarded a bronze star and C.I.B. He was also a life member of the DAV Chapter 127. Visitation at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line on Monday, March 12,2018 from 4-8 PM. Funeral Home Services Tuesday 10 AM.
