Joyce Winifred Kaurich's Obituary
Joyce W. Kaurich age 91, a longtime resident of Warren, died on January 21 ,2023 after a short illness. Wife of the late John Kaurich. Loving mother of four boys; John (Sherry), Richard (Donna), Donald (Debbie) and Jeffrey (Sara). Dear grandmother of 12; Richard, late Dennis, Stacey, David, Lisa, Brian, Lori, Desiree, Dustin, Derek, Joseph, and Nicholas. Blessed great-grandmother of 14. Sister of Carolyn Miller and predeceased by her brothers, Raymond, Harry "Bud", Robert, and Bruce Decker. She is also survived by her brother- in -law George (Sherry) Kaurich and many nieces and nephews. Joyce had worked as an Administrative Secretary for Van Dyke Public Schools and retired after 25 years there. An avid reader, she also enjoyed sewing, cooking, crocheting, crafts and word search puzzles. She had been a member of the Red Hat Ladies as well. Above all, she loved her family and will be missed. Visitation will be at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 1-8 PM with a 6 PM time of service. Burial will be private at Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester Hills.
