Judy Ann Gersky's Obituary
Judy Ann Gersky, age 81, of Warren, died on January 14, 2025. She was born on October 3, 1943, in Detroit to the late Leon and Evelyn (Cucchi) DeFrance. Loving mother of John (Christina) Gersky, Don Gersky, Theresa (Gersky)Wallace, and Shannon Gersky. Dear grandmother of Jessie Gersky, Donald Gersky, Krystal Fruchtnicht, Samantha (Brian Jr.) Crosby, Ricky Wallace II, Angel Wallace, Jayden Gersky, Justice Gersky, and great-grandmother of Brian Crosby III and Calista Crosby. Predeceased by siblings Jimmy (Phyllis) DeFrance and Janet (William) Jensen. Judy worked at The Villa of Warren (formerly Bortz) as a dietician for 47 years. Spending time with family and shopping, of any kind, were her favorite pastimes. Shopping was a form of stress relief. She always thought of other people and what she could do for them or get them. Even the people that did her wrong, she would say “God will get them”. Visitation will be held at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line, on Monday, January 20th from 1pm to 8pm and Tuesday, January 21st from 11am to 12 noon, with 12 PM time of funeral service.
