Lucille Ann Dubrul's Obituary
Lucille Ann Dubrul, age 93 a longtime resident of Warren, MI died on April 3, 2024. Born and raised in Center Line, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine Wiegand. Lucille graduated from Busch High School Class of 1948 where she met and married the love of her life Gordon Dubrul. They had been married almost 75 years. Besides her husband Gordon, she is also survived by 2 daughters Pat (Cougar) Midlam and Jeanette Dubrul and is also survived by 3 grandchildren Eric (Christina) , Shirley and Donald (Calista). Lucille was predeceased by her sisters, Virginia, Corine and Joann. Lucille was a devoted wife and mother. As a homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with family, travelling, sewing clothes for her family, especially sewing clothes for Barbie dolls and crafting . She was also a painter and an artist. She previously was an officer of The Ladies Auxiliary Grosse Pointe-Lakeshore Barbershop Chorus (S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A.), and a Girl Scout/Brownie troop leader. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14th, from 2pm-6pm with a 5:30pm service at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Michigan Chapter alz.org/gmc or a charity of your choice.
