Madison Rae Totzkay's Obituary
Madison R. Totzkay, age 14 of Madison Heights, died suddenly on October 14, 2019. "Maddie" as she was affectionately called, is the daughter of Jennifer Totzkay and Ronald Caruana. Sister of Matthew (Amanda) Balderas, Jonah Jarczewski and Ethan Will. She is also survived by her grandparents, Raymond Totzkay, Deborah Lowe, Joseph Caruana and special god-mothers Carla Reynolds and Rita Drew and niece Ariya. Maddie had attended the Madison Heights school district where she had many friends from her years there. Always so full of life, she enjoyed reading, dancing, talking incessantly on her phone and writing in her journal. Maddie also loved basketball and played at the Boys and Girls Club of Royal Oak. Time with family and friends was so important, and the holidays were her favorite time of year where Maddie liked to cook and bake. Her rescue dogs Lita and Lexi, had both been her close canine campanions. Visitation will be at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line on Friday, October 25,2019 from 1-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at 6 pm along with a sharing of memories to follow afterwards. Memorials to her go fund me page at "Helping Madison's Journey to Heaven" in Warren appreciated.
