Marcella Ann Thrasher's Obituary
Marcella A. Thrasher, age 93 of Center Line, died peacefully in her home with family by her side on April 14, 2018. She was born on May 21, 1924 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Earnest and Ethel McClure. Marcella was predeceased by her husband Theodore "Ted" Thrasher in Indiana where they had previously lived. She is survived by her daughters, Carole (George) Belcher and Shirley (Late Dan) Chesney. Sister of Rodger (Rose) McClure, and predeceased by Jean (Bill) Meahl, Bob (Analee) McClure and Margaret (Ed) Roath. Dear grandmother of Mike (Dede), Pat, Michelle (Melissa Ross) and late Yvonne Shartran, Robert (Liz) Golden and Cheri (John) Davenport. Great-grandmother of Stefanie Stanku, Zachery Shartran. Chelsea (Ryan) Rodgers, Jessica (Tom) Fulton, Katelyn Davenport, Hayden Davenport and Sierra (Josh) Whatley. Great-great grandmother of Landon and Brantley Rodgers, Zoe Zetzer, Sol and Minna Fulton and Layah Rose Whatley. Marcella had worked as a Secretary in Ohio for many years. She got the most joy from working at Miller Elementary School as a lunch cashier.
