Mary Ann Derowski's Obituary
Mary Ann Derowski, age 93, longtime Warren, Michigan resident, died on November 29, 2023. She is predeceased by her parents Anthony and Clara Derowski, siblings Alfred Derowski, Anthony “Joe” (late Cheryl) Derowski, and Irene (late Henry) Grifka. She is survived by her sister Evelyn Deroski, nieces and nephews Daniel (Pamela) Grifka, James (Michele) Grifka, Susan (Paul) Burke, Marcia Grifka, Gary Grifka, Jeffry (Christine) Grifka, many great-nieces, great-nephews and great - great nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was a retired secretary from Chrysler. A longtime member of St. Clement Catholic Church, she took communion to the homebound, attended to prayer and communion services at Father Murray Nursing Home, and was a volunteer lecturer and eucharist minister for many years. A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families Catholic Church, St. Clement Site on Saturday, January 27, 2024, 10am gathering, 10:30am mass. Memorials may be made in her name to Father Solanus Casey Center, or St. Vincent De Paul, c/o St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families.
