After his military retirement, he was always a busy guy. He had worked along with his cousin in the heating and cooling business, was a maintenance man at Village Ford in Dearborn for over 10 years and was a very active member of Warren First United Methodist Church of Warren generally helping or fixing things around the church. In his “off “ time he enjoyed traveling, camping, and just being with family and friends. He had been very active with the Boys Scouts of America when his sons were in the program always offering his support and guidance. Always there to give a helping hand, Mike will be sorely missed.
