Michael Gregory Wnuk's Obituary
Michael Wnuk, age 82 a longtime Warren resident, died September 5, 2025. Born in Detroit on November 17, 1942, to Michael and Louise Wnuk. Beloved husband of the late Patricia to whom he was married 39 years. Loving father of Karen Carraway, Michael J. Wnuk and James (Sylvia) Wnuk. Cherished grandfather of James Anthony Gevedon, Travis Wnuk, Taylor Marie Carraway, and Autumn Sky Wnuk. Brother of Julie (William) Boland, and predeceased by Joan Kupiec, Bernice Williams, and Margaret Juralbal. He also leaves behind many friends including his good buddy Jack. Michael was a firefighter in the US Air Force serving from 1960-1962 when he was honorably discharged. He was a man of many trades including heating and cooling and plumbing before working at Chrysler Sterling Heights Assembly and retired after 28 years in May 2002. A member of the UAW, he was a big outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, and collecting, and was a huge Elvis fan. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 10th from 1pm to 8pm with 7pm Service at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line.
