Phil was such a great guy, many fond memories in High School! I happened to be able to speak with him a couple of years ago by chance and it was an enjoyable conversation. I'll be praying for his family during these difficult times.
I have fond memories of Phil he was the best man at my wedding .and always a good friend to me and he was the faithful friend who took me to the hospital while in labor for my first born child Andrea he was loved and has a special place in my heart he will always be in my prayers. Rest in peace
