I would like to take this time to thank my step dad (Randy) for being such an amazing man since I was seven years old! You came into me and my sisters lives and took on The chore of being a father of two little girls that weren’t even yours!! It didn’t bug you one bit. I remember at first I was super nervous but then you fit in just perfect and you made me and my sister know how loved we were. On top of the fact that you loved my mom endlessly! I never heard you yell at her one time nor raise your voice at me and my sister. If you ever got upset you just go outside and work on your mustangs. Lol Then little Danny came along and I just remember how happy you were. You would always take him outside in the garage with you and man my mom used to always be so nervous. Lol I remember you made him swords that you would let him throw at the grass. Or the time you bought me and my sister little toolboxes for Christmas and we went out in the garage with you and where the happiest little girls in the world thinking we were making some thing when all we were doing was hammering pieces of wood together.
I’d say one of the funniest memories was back in 2005 when I had my first boyfriend and he found out he laid hands on me and you chased him down the street and all the way into my grandma‘s house! I had to beg you to calm down. I could go on for a literally days about you but I’m gonna end this here. My heart hurts, & my super emotional!!
I miss you so much and I really don’t know how to take this, it breaks my heart that you are not here and what happened to you!! I would give everything
I own to have you back. You’ve didnt deserve this and I don’t care what anybody says you’re the best man in the whole entire world. You were also the BEST FATHER!! Thanks for taking on two little girls that weren’t even yours!! I love you!!!
Randy was an amazing person and as hard working as I've ever seen. We had the pleasure of knowing him from a mutual friend, and we are so saddened to hear of his passing. He sometimes would bring his youngest daughter along while he worked on his many projects, and it was adorable just how much of a great father he was even while he was tirelessly working to finish up his projects.
He often showed us the great projects that he finished or was working on, and each and every one was as amazing as the next.
Randy was a problem solver too, and would always find a way to get the job done. He was reliable and talented, but most of all, he was just a good good person at heart. Salt of the Earth is what I would describe Randy, a little rough around the edges, but a good soul and a good heart.
We pray for his soul and his eternal rest, and we pray for his wife and children as they navigate a life without such a wonderful person in their lives.
