Richard L. Dunn, age 83 of Troy, Michigan died on September 27, 2021. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Laurence and Ida Dunn. Husband of the late Nancy. Dear father of Mark G.(Heather) Dunn and Matthew G.(Elizabeth) Dunn. Grandfather of Ashley and Colton. Richard obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Detroit and had worked for many years as an Accountant now retired. A very handy individual, Richard loved to "tinker" and would help whenever and wherever he could. He also enjoyed pet sitting for the family pets. In his free time, he volunteered at the local hospital. He will be greatly missed by his family. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line from 2-8 PM with a rosary at 7PM. He will lie instate Tuesday, October 5, 2021, 9:00 am at St Rene Goupil Catholic Church 35955 Ryan Rd. in Sterling Heights for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
