Robert James Rodriguez's Obituary
Robert James Rodriguez
Born November 11th, 1981 and was 38 years old when he joined his parents in heaven, on May 24th, 2020.
Robert was the youngest/the baby of 6 siblings. Robert was very proud of being the baby and knew any one of his siblings would do anything for him. Robert lived in Ferndale for most of his life. He worked as a stocker for State Fair and County Fair Market. He loved sports, people, and living life. Robert could make a friend anywhere he went. He would talk, laugh, and joke until he wormed his way in your heart. You could definitely count on him as a forever friend. Robert is survived by his son, Robert James Rodriguez II, his siblings Doris and Chris Kubiski, Rosemary Rodriguez, Carolyn Rodriguez, Esequil and Lori Rodriguez, Isable Rodriguez, as well as Sheila and Mike Hicks. Robert loved being an uncle, and knew he was everyone’s favorite, leaving behind many nieces and nephews. Anyone that knew Rob knew his light shined very bright. Robert was what you were looking for, even if you didn’t know it. Robercita has left many broken hearts behind. Visitation will be held at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line, on Friday, May 29th from 2pm to 4pm. Due to the Governors restrictions, social distancing guidelines will be enforced, no more than 10 people inside the chapel at a time.
