Sandra Lorrine Huffman's Obituary
Sandra “Sandy” Huffman, age 73, of Center Line, died on January 28, 2025. Daughter of Hazel Ruhle. Loving mother of Eric Sunman, Karen Deatherage, Jack Huffman, and Morgan Huffman. Dear grandmother of Bailey, Parker, Maddison, Riley, Buck, Logan, Jake, Devyn, Jimmy, and Alex. Sister of Leila Marie Kelley (predeceased), Robert Charles Hodge Jr., George Leroy Hodge (predeceased), Harold Michael Hodge, Donna Sullivan, Bonnie Leigh Golanski, Patty Mae Fisher, and Jackie Folwer. Many nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thanks to Cousin Bonnie, who was her nurse and caretaker. Sandy formerly owned a salon where she worked as a hairdresser. She had been the President of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Corp. Richard Menge Post for many years. Being a very gifted artist, woodcarver, and wood burner were a few of her talents. Sandy was very giving of her time and talent and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line, on Saturday, February 1st from 2pm to 8pm. After the viewing, the family invites you to join to celebrate Sandy's life at Richard W. Menge VFW Post 6756, 25500 Sherwood in Center Line. Food will be available Saturday after 5pm.
