Shirley Wooten, age 67, died on May 30, 2024. Daughter of Helen (Douglas) Cowan and the late James Jackson. Loving mother of Paul Dorton, the late Steven Dorton, Shaun Dorton, and stepmother of Candy (Jody) Gosnell, Gary Wooten, and David Moffat. Grandmother of 10. Dear sister of the late Diane West, the late James Jackson, Rita Younce, Cindy Wilson, late Francis Jackson, Brenda Jackson, Michael Jackson, and Charmaine Jackson. Many nieces, nephews, and friends. Shirley enjoyed crafts, crocheting, and family BBQ's. Visitation will be held at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line, on Tuesday, June 4th from 3pm – 8pm with a 7pm funeral service.
