Susan Catherine Bohlinger's Obituary
Susan Catherine Bohlinger, age 71 (29), a Center Line resident for 50+ years, passed away on June 3, 2024. Susan was born October 13, 1952, in Santa Rosa, California, daughter of Earl Hodson and Thelma Hiller (Stephens). Susan's father passed when she was seven and was fortunate to be blessed with a wonderful stepfather, Thelma's husband, Ralph Hiller. Susan worked for TACOM for over 30 years. Susan loved the beach, sitting in the sun, and turtles. Her children and grandchildren were her biggest motivation in life. Susan is survived by her three sons, Lewis (Renee) Dutton, Christopher (Julie) Dutton, and Zachary Bohlinger. She is preceded in death by her husband Fred Bohlinger. Susan was sister to one brother and six sisters: late Betty Lou Walston, late Patricia Hodson, late William Hodson, Janet Hodson, Julia Masters, Gigi (Blaze) Walczak, and Geri (Greg) Thomas. She also has four beautiful grandchildren, Jordan, Lewis, Jayne, and Isaias, and one amazing great-grandson, Matthew. Susan is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
