Thomas Allen Pollak age 54 of Mt Clemens died suddenly on October 14,2011 at Mt Clemens Regional Hospital in Mt. Clemens. Born April 14,1957 in Warren ,Michigan to the late George and Alice Pollak. He was a lathe operator for a machinery company. He is survived by his siblings William and Robert Pollak, Wendy Schneider and Donna Splane. Also many nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation on Saturday October 22, 2011 from 12 Noon until 9 PM. at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke , Center Line,MI.
