William “Bill” Waldo, age 82, of Mt. Clemens, died on February 1, 2023. Born in Hamtramck to the late Lawrence and Cecelia Waldo. Loving father of Chrysta Flatt. Dear grandfather of Marissa Flatt. Stepfather of Janet Grozewski, Karen Grozewski, and step-grandfather of 5. Former husband of Sophia Waldo. Predeceased by his siblings of Walter Waldo, Mary Kush, and Jean Niewolak. Uncle of Donald Niewolak, Cindy Niewolak, Jeff Niewolak, Jimmy Niewolak, Angel Lambert, Steve Niewolak, and the late Danny Niewolak. Bill had worked as a welder. He was an honorably discharged Vietnam Army Veteran who was proud of his service to his country. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 1pm to 8pm with a 6pm funeral service concluding with Military Honors at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line.
