Willie Lavern Ireson's Obituary
Willie Ireson age 89 of Warren, died at the Villa at City Center on April 10,2020. Beloved husband of Jo Ann for over 43 years. He is survived by his 3 stepchildren, Tim (Colette) Patterson, Sue (John) Giffin, and Tracie (Mike) Sherer. Grandfather of Clint (Katie) Patterson, Kelsey Giffin, Kristen and Carson Sherer, Lee (Stephanie) and Karl (Amber) Giffin. Great grandfather of Sutton, Allie, Mya, Delila, Avery and Charlotte. Willie served in the United States Air Force and was an honorably discharged veteran. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post #1. A loyal worker, he retired after 45 years at the Chrysler Stamping plant. Willie was a collector of watches and rare coins. He was a die hard Redwings and Nascar fan. Burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
