Chester Louis Olszewski's Obituary
Chester “Chet” Olszewski Jr., age 58 of Warren, died suddenly on February 25, 2021. Beloved husband of Jean for almost 36 years. Loving father of Maria (Matt) Weston, Denise (Peter) Vereecke, and Bryan (Ashley) Olszewski. Dear grandfather of Logan, Savannah, Violette, Kendalle, Julian, and Wyatt. Brother of Debra (George) Slater and the late Barbara Bowers. Survived by many family members including in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also survived by canine companions Riley and Maggie. Chet worked at Alta Equipment for over 30 years as a lift truck specialist. He loved bowling, going up north, riding 4 wheelers, campfires, and the outdoors. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 28th at Rudy Funeral Home, 25650 Van Dyke, in Center Line, from 1pm to 8pm. 6pm time of funeral service. Due to COVID restrictions, we are limited by order of the governor to 25 people in the funeral home at a time.
