I have so many memories of Pop. One of my favorites was when I was growing up in Pontiac and Pop was our mailman, and I went to school with Rob and Russ. So, I met Ma Roland when I would hang out with the guys. I went to the Pontiac silver dome to an event. I ran in to Ma and the guys. She was like you need to meet my husband and later on I ran into Pop when he was off wandering around. Then I finally ran into all of them at the same time.
I was like, you’re all related. I was definitely surprised when my best friends had my favorite parents.
I also went to the post office picnic with them and ended up winning the egg toss with Rob. And when we finally left we had to take the empty kegs back to Prues bar. The last one wasn’t empty, so we took it back to their house and had a heck of a party. His surprise birthday party at the Met club. So very many fond memories with Ma, Pop, and Rob. May you all R.I.P.
