It was always fun to see Frank at the TABA windsurfing racing! I sailed with him in many races.
Nancy and I were so saddened to hear of Franks passing! I have so many fond memories being out on the lake with Frank. An exceptional man…always encouraging, smiling and thinking of others. A pleasure to be around at all times. Notably a wonderful family man and friend. He will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathies and love in this difficult time.

Frank was well known and well respected in our local windsurfing community. We met several years ago as he was towards the end of his sailing career. He always had a kind word and a smile. Rest in Peace and my condolences to his family.

Frank was a year ahead of me at Central Catholic in Toledo Ohio we used to see each other often at St Rita's church clarklake Michigan and visit at Lake LeAnn or Lake Columbia in the Irish Hills, MI
Frank and I raced our windsurfers at many regattas over the years but I definitely recall once in the St Clair River when we sailed up very close to one large huge freighter a memory which will last forever Ron Croci
